{"id":451,"date":"2020-08-08T16:15:37","date_gmt":"2020-08-08T16:15:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hungrybearfarm.com\/?p=451"},"modified":"2020-08-08T16:17:00","modified_gmt":"2020-08-08T16:17:00","slug":"ginger-turmeric-egg-rolls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hungrybearfarm.com\/?p=451","title":{"rendered":"Ginger Turmeric Egg Rolls"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ginger Turmeric Egg Rolls&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>makes about a dozen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>modified from Crouton Cracker Jack\u2019s video https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=_3zVcyfIheo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One small cabbage<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 carrot&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>fresh ginger root<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>fresh turmeric root<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One package vegan egg roll wrappers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Tablespoon soy sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>about one quart of vegetable or peanut oil for frying<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shred\/chop the cabbage into fine pieces, place in a bowl and add the grated carrot, grated ginger and grated numeric.
