For the 2026 Growing Season
We are currently looking for both part and full time interns for the 2026 season. People with all experience levels will be considered. The job offers a chance to learn all aspects of organic growing and marketing. The work includes weeding, transplanting, harvesting, watering, mowing, raking, plot and bed preparation as well as tear down, cover cropping, composting, pest management. It may also include help with CSA pickup on Tuesdays and market work should we choose to attend one in 2026.
Pay is hourly and will depend on experience, dedication, willingness to learn and attitude. We want you to enjoy doing this job and we try to make the work environment as positive as possible. A pay rate of between $12 and $17 per hour is the range we can offer.
Hours are flexible and each person makes their own. We just ask that you make a plan each week and stick to it as much as possible. You will need to provide your own transportation to and from the field. Typically, the season starts late March to early April inside the tunnels. Our season winds down in November after CSA and markets end in October. You don’t have to dedicate yourself to the entire season.
If you are interested, we would love to meet and talk with you about the possibilities for next season.
